1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of avantijewels.com and any product inquiry or purchase arranged with Avanti Jewels. By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

Avanti Jewels operates from Hicksville, New York. References to “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Avanti Jewels.

2. Catalog information

We try to present product photographs, descriptions, prices, dimensions and availability accurately. Screen settings, lighting and handmade or natural materials may cause reasonable variation in color, texture and appearance. Website content may contain an error or become outdated. We may correct information and update availability at any time before a purchase is confirmed.

Displaying an item does not guarantee that it remains available. Product names and numbers help identify a piece when you contact us.

3. Inquiries and purchases

The website is a catalog and inquiry experience. It does not process payment or create an order merely because you view a product or contact us. A purchase is confirmed only when Avanti Jewels directly confirms the item, final price and fulfillment details with you.

Avanti Jewels accepts cash and Venmo. We do not offer deposits, installment plans, alterations or custom orders. You are responsible for providing accurate contact, payment and fulfillment information. Any applicable taxes, fees or other charges will be disclosed before payment.

4. Phone reservations

Available items may be reserved by telephone for up to 24 hours. A reservation requires the customer’s name and contact information and is not complete until Avanti Jewels confirms it by phone.

Reservations do not require a deposit. If the purchase is not completed within the confirmed 24-hour period, the reservation expires automatically and the item may be offered to another customer.

5. Local pickup and local delivery

Avanti Jewels offers local pickup and local delivery within its confirmed service area. The pickup or delivery location, date, time, recipient and any applicable charge are confirmed directly before purchase. Avanti Jewels does not currently offer shipping outside its local delivery service area.

Please do not travel to collect an item or expect delivery until you receive confirmation. If an agreed delivery is delayed, Avanti Jewels will communicate available options consistent with applicable law. Risk of loss transfers when the item is delivered to you or your authorized recipient, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

6. All sales are final

Nothing in these Terms limits any right or remedy that cannot legally be waived, including remedies that may apply to an item that is not as agreed or to merchandise that is not delivered. Contact us promptly with the product number and purchase details if there is a problem.

7. Acceptable website use

You may use this website for lawful personal shopping and informational purposes. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, harvest information, misrepresent your identity, or use our content in a way that infringes another person’s rights.

Website text, layout, branding and original media belong to Avanti Jewels or their respective licensors. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit them without permission.

8. Third-party services

The website links to services such as Venmo, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp, email and telephone providers. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not mean we control or endorse every aspect of a third-party service.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every description, photograph or availability indicator will always be error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avanti Jewels will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from website use. These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law and do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Governing law and changes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts with jurisdiction in New York may hear disputes, subject to any consumer rights that require another forum.

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and changing the “last updated” date. Changes apply prospectively from publication.
